Our goal is always to provide the best work possible. Please provide us with ample space in order to work more efficiently.
We will ONLY take on park setups if: 1) Event is in their Clubhouse/Recreation Room OR 2) The area is under a canopy/awning. We will only take on restaurant setups if the install will be located in a secluded area away from restaurant guests. We will setup in an open area with other guests around.
If providing your own backdrop, please ensure backdrop is sturdy enough to carry the weight of the balloons! & that it is up and ready to go upon our arrival.
Inflated or burst balloons can present a choking hazard and should never be left with children or pets without supervision. At the end of a balloon's life, dispose of it in a bin. NEVER release balloons into the environment. All released balloons become litter & can get caught up in trees or power lines- do your best to minimize your carbon footprint. Most balloons are made out of natural latex and may cause allergies, please look out for symptoms in case of allergies. Lights, paint textures, irregular surfaces, and even static can all pop balloons, please keep this in mind when choosing where to allocate your balloons.
Balloons are made out of natural latex & are biodegradable. While we only use quality balloons- with the sun/heat/wind, balloons will take on a velvety/matte finish, that’s natural. To preserve the life of your balloons, please choose a location in a shaded area where the sun isn’t directly hitting them. Keep in mind, dark colored balloons will absorb the sunshine faster which will cause them to oxidize faster; lighter balloons will oxidize at a much slower rate. While we use the highest quality balloons and take every precaution necessary with your balloons to ensure they last through your event, once the balloons leave our door or we have left the venue, they are out of our control.
Our balloons are biodegradable and are safe to release. The balloons are also yours to keep after your event is over. However, If you should require us to dispose of balloons on your behalf, there is a $15 striking fee. PLEASE NOTE: disposal of balloons only applies to a balloon AND backdrop booking. If booking just a balloon garland, disposal of balloons is done by client.
As per our policy, our pick-up time is the following day of the event in the morning. If you or your venue should require us to pick-up the same day AFTER 7PM, there will be a $40 additional fee (if only a balloon install is booked, no need for pick-up). If your event is at a hall and requires next day pick-up, please coordinate with the hall owner to ensure we are able to pick-up the next day. For bookings with balloons, PLEASE NOTE: the balloons are yours to keep and dispose of. We will NOT dispose of balloons on your behalf.
Remaining balance is due the day of set-up (Cash, Zelle, Venmo). Booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES and it is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent to secure your booking.
If booking within a 3 week period from event date (or event is in 3 weeks or less) you will not be able to change your theme or make edits to your order. Please make sure you plan accordingly. Cancellations will happen, it's life, but please note, booking fee (deposit) will be non-refundable.
